Project Description:
Hire staff to conduct a workshop to solicit input from the community for ideas to develop the various multifamily public housing sites in West Perrine. Develop architectural renderings of housing prototypes for each multifamily housing site, the Homestead Avenue Corridor and the Historic District Site. (Not included in budget). Develop a relocation plan for tenants of the multifamily housing units who desire or must relocate because of land constraints. Assist tenants who are interested in purchasing a house to qualify for the purchase of a home. Develop a funding strategy to finance the demolition and redevelopment of the multifamily housing sites.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
