This project will increase the available water supply by increasing the capacity of the water supply canal to implement a critical portion of the South Florida Water Management District's Northern Plan to restore the Loxahatchee Slough and will provide drinking water to a significant population in West Palm Beach and other users to the North.

Project Description:
This project allows for the implementation of the South Florida Water Management District's Northern Plan, including the construction of a pump station along the City's M-Canal to allow for increased quantity of water to be captured, stored and routed for critical restoration projects in the Loxahatchee Slough.
