If funded, an additional 44 persons with disabilities currently on the Community Care for Disabled Adults (CCDA) waiting list would receive in home support services (i.e. personal care, home making, and chor and respite services). |

| This program will provide in-home support services to 144 disabled adults, ages 18-59 in lieu of institutionalization. Services to be provided include personal care, home making, chore and respite services. |
