Project Description: |
Juvenile Justice Day Treatment Programs are in dire need of compensation to maintain current levels of service.
With the exception of a 1.9% increase in the 2005 Legislative session, the providers have not received a rate adjustment since the inception of Department of Juvenile Justice in 1994. However, during this time, programs have been asked to provide greater and more complex services. During the last 12 years there has been no COLA applied to compensate for inflation nor for the greater-than-average increases in the costs of transportation and insurance. |
