Project Description:
Pilot study to determine (a) best practices in the treatment of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders and (b) those treatment protocols which are the most cost efficient. Performance measures will include, turnover, completion and follow-up for up to 28 agencies who are providing substance abuse services.
