| Parking for clients and staff at this facility is inadequate to accommodate the number of vehicles associated with the number of people utilizing this resource. A parking consultant was commissioned to conduct an analysis. this resulted in the recommendation for the construction of a two-level parking deck and resurfacing the remaining parking lot to increase capacity. Lighting, cleaning, and maintenance would result in reoccuring costs. |
