The state of emergency readiness in Florida is a high priority for the government, legislature and the public. This project addresses the need for education and training for all emergency responders for daily emergencies and disasters which impact the total population.

Education and training program for continuing education of Florida Emergency Care Providers.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Improve statewide, uniform training for Florida's first responders as demonstrated through evaluation of skills/knowledge. EMLRC is a nationally accredited provider of physician, nurse and paramedic continuing medical education. EMLRC has significant competency for rural healthcare training.
