Project Description: |
This project is the top priority in the New College Capital Improvement Plan submitted for FY 2006-2001. This CIP is consistent with the Amended 1995 Campus Master plan and reflects campus needs, as we know them at the time of submission. It takes into account appropriate elements incorporated in teh 1995 Campus Master Plan as amended in 2005, unique New College needs, and needs associated with the fact that USF Sarasota/Manatee will continue to share a number of New College facilities even after their move to the Crosley site in 2006.
The project request specifies funding for critical deferred maintenance, utilities/infrastructure support, parking and roadways, ADA, fire code corrections and general repair and renovation continues to be the highest priority. The project needs have been better and more completely identified than in previous years and our data more accurately reflect estimated project costs. |
