Project Description:
Regional Intergrated Substance Abuse Child Protection System, this project will provide assessment, case management, mentoring, and specialized addiction services trauma and family therapy services for families involved in the child welfare system primarily as a result of substance abuse or addiction. 29 professional staff are associated with this pilot project serving DCF Districts 4 and 12.

To provide substance abuse assessments on every appropriate case identified by the protective services investigator and provide continuing intervention and clinical services to 40% of referrals during the fiscal year.
