To provide boat accessibility to the Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail System, which will improve the area economy by providing adequate boating launch facilitites to visitors, increasing sales tax revenue to the State and local area. This protect is located in a Rural Area of Critical Economic Concern, as designated by the Governor prusuant to Chapter 288.0656.
