Project Description: |
Jackson County's public safety radio communication equipment has limited coverage within and outside the county, and no ability to communicate with state or other local law enforcement personnel in times of statewide response efforts tied to a natural disaster, domestic securtiy event, or multi-agency/jurisdictional public safety effort. In order to ensure public safety, Florida's public safety personnel must have the ability to effectively communicate with one another to ensure the most effective response to public safety issues, natural disasters, and domestic security events. |
