| Project Description: |
| Construction of the first phase of a 1.75-mile arterial road providing access to a proposed $50 million convention center and a 4-star hotel complex with a signature restaurant, near the nexus of I-4 & I-95. At the northern end of the road is the new, state-of-the-art, $219.8 million Florida Hospital. The first phase will construct a 1,400-foot section of the road. The second phase will complete the remaining length of the roadway. The right of way is being donated for the project. |
