Project Description:
The master plan will review future capital needs and infrastructure requirements for the county over a 20-year time horizon. Included in the plan will be priority areas for consideration taking septic systems off-line to improve ground water and spring water quality. Alternative water supply plans will be addressed including timing, phasing, costs as well as strategy for implementation. The plan will center on sustainable resource management while addressing future water, wastewater and reclaimed water infrastructure needs.
