Project Description:
This project will build out the shell space of the second floor of the new Family Service Center building, the first phase of which is under construction and fully funded. This project will also provide the design, mechanical systems, parking, lighting, and other improvements needed as a result of the additional agencies that will occupy the second floor.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
To increase the number and types of health and human services provided to the community from a convenient and centrally located site, which will ultimately result in an increase in the number of citizens receiving the benefits of those additional services. Currently, the City provides assistance to over 2,500 applicants per year which is expected to grow to 7,000 with the opening of the new facility.
