| Project Description: |
| The City proposes repairs to ten structurally deficient bridges to improve structural rating, prevent further deterioration and ensure citizens� safety. The bridges were constructed around 1956, today�s heavy load trucks are significantly higher than the ones used to determine the original design, and the corrosive environment has contributed to the current deterioration of the structures. The latest bridge inspection reports performed by the Florid apartment of Transportation (FDOT) identified these ten bridges to be structurally deficient and in need of immediate corrective action.
