Project Description:
To support the operational expenses of the transportation services provided to frail and impaired seniors who attend the following programs: Seymour Gelber Adult Day Care Program, Little Havana Activities and Nutrition Centers, Catholic Charities, JCS Congregate Meals Programs, the MAR-JCC and other seniors who require transportation to remain independent. At a minimum, 90 unduplicated frail and impaired seniors will be served via this proposal throughout Miami-Dade County.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
The costs related to the annual operations for transporting frail seniors to/from the Seymour Gelber Center, Little Havana Activities and Nutrition Centers, Catholic Charities, JCS Congregate Meal Sites, the MAR-JCC, etc. This funding will support 18,750 one-way trips.
