| Project Description: |
| Strong for Life is an exercise program designed specifically for the elderly. It is conducted at churches, mobile home parks, senior centers, ALF's, community centers and in individual residences. |

| Exercise will rebuild lost muscle resulting in increased strength, ability, and confidence. Fewer falls, broken bones and hospitalizations are the ultimate oucome. Fat loss is a bonus byproduct. |
