On 01/06/06 DEP filed a Motion of Temporary Injunction seeking immediate compliance from Landmark Utilities. |

| Abandoment of the existing Thunderbird Hills WWTP and construction of master lift station and sewer force main system to connect the existing sewer system to the City of Sebring's sewer system. |
