The purpose of this Community Budget Request is to construct a new regional sewage pump station to serve the anticipated development in the newly annexed areas of the City. Pump Station 200 will be a new state of the art regional station serving the annexed areas of the City. This station will allow for the orderly development of this area and permit Miami-Dade County to more effectively and efficiently rehabilitate their existing facilities in the surrounding areas by decreasing our demands on the county�s transmission system.

Project Description:
The project entails the construction of a newly state �of-the-art sewage pump station including the installation of new pumps, pump control equipment, a new building, as well as new wet well and associated piping

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Insures the full and orderly development of the newly annexed areas of the City. Decreases the need for Miami-Dade County to invest on the upgrade of their transmission system servicing these areas and allows for the increase tax base of the city resulting from new development.
