The purpose of this Community Budget Request is to improve and rehabilitate Pump Station 006 one of two regional sewage pump stations servicing the City. This station is well over 40 years old. The rehabilitation of this station will meet the requirements of the City's Consent Order with the FDEP and MDDERM, prevent sanitary sewer overflows and potential contamination to the surrounding areas and state waters.

Project Description:
The project entails the reconstruction for the total modernization and upgrade of Pump Station 006 including the installation of new pumps, pump control equipment, upgrades to the existing building, upgrades to the wet well and discharge piping.
