| Project Description: |
| This statewide demonstration project will facilitate cooperation of more than a dozen social and medical service providers to make their services available at a "One Stop" center focused on the prevention and the elimination of homelessness. An innovative collaboration, with matching funds from City and County Government, teh project will reduce duplication of services while shortening the time for individuals and families to receive services to prevent or end homelessness. |
