| Here�s Help proposes tailoring the quality of its services through the conversion of its young adult dormitory to a 30-bed semi-private facility, plus 4 private beds, with additional health/safety enhancements, emulating the success experienced following the conversion of its adolescent dormitory in 1999 to a semi-private residential setting that directly fostered a higher rehabilitation completion rate, an increase in client self-esteem, and a decrease in property vandalism. |
