Project Description:
The proposed Greenbriar project will help to filter storm water runoff before it leaves the District and discharges into Hickey�s Creek which in turn outfalls into the Caloosahatchee River. ECWCD would like to store more water in the Greenbriar Swamp area and before this can be done we need to survey the entire area; design a culvert crossing at canal 47-5-3 and Redmont Avenue to allow additional flows into the exiting swales; and design additional outfall structures that will retain the additional water.
