| Project Description: |
| The East Putnam Regional Water Project is a (2) two phase project that will provide a regional water system to the communities east of the St. Johns River. The East Putnam Water Regional Water Project is proposed to initially include the unincorporated communities of East Palatka and N. San Mateo in Phase I. The unincorporated areas north of the East Palatka area and areas to the south, including Dunn�s Creek will be served by a Phase 2 expansion of the proposed Phase I system. The proposed Phase I regional system will serve approximately 4,015 persons and the Florida Department of Corrections Institution with a maximum of 550 inmates. The Phase I system flow is estimated to be 0.48 million gallons per day (mgd) annual average daily flow (AADF). The Phase I total project cost is estimated to be $26,000,000 and will serve approximately 1,491 equivalent residential connections (ERUs). |
