Project Description: |
The proposed request would permit the implementation of portions of the City�s Stormwater Master Plan. Specifically the project includes the construction of additional storm drains in order to improve the level of service for flood control and minimize impacts to property associated with frequent flooding. |

The proposed drainage improvements are part of asecondary drainage system which discharges into the primary system via the C-6 and C-4 (Tamiami) Canals located in Miami-Dade county. These in turn discharge into the Miami River and Biscayne Bay. The project include stomrwater pollution abatement technologies to remove solids and other contaminants prior to discharge. |
