| Project Description: |
| There is no stormwater drainage system on the targeted street. Simple rainy events cause major flooding. The standing water fosters pollution of the surrounding environment such as: mosquitoes and possible contamination from flooded adjacent sanitary sewer water. In addition to the nuisance, this adverse condition impacts traffic safety and local small business operators. |
