Tax collector to keep record of warrants and levies on tangible personal property.
197.414 Tax collector to keep record of warrants and levies on tangible personal property.--The tax collector shall keep a record of all warrants and levies made under this chapter and shall note on such record the date of payment, the amount of money, if any, received, and the disposition thereof made by him or her. Such record shall be known as "the tangible personal property tax warrant register" and the form thereof shall be prescribed by the Department of Revenue.
