Teachers assigned teaching duties outside field in which certified.
231.095 Teachers assigned teaching duties outside field in which certified.--When a teacher in a district school system is assigned teaching duties in a class dealing with subject matter that is outside the field in which the teacher is certified, the parents or guardians of all students in the class shall be notified in writing of such assignment.
