Disposition of moneys from fines and fees.
Disposition of moneys from fines and fees.
391.217 Disposition of moneys from fines and fees.--All moneys received from administrative fines pursuant to s. 391.208 and all moneys received from fees collected pursuant to s. 391.205 shall be deposited in the Health Care Trust Fund created in 1s. 455.2205.
