Continuation, expiration of insurance vending machine license.
626.532 Continuation, expiration of insurance vending machine license.--
(1) All individuals who on October 1, 1990, hold a vending machine license and appointment may remain licensed and appointed under the limited license, and may renew their license and appointments, but no license or appointment which has been terminated, not renewed, suspended, or revoked shall be reinstated, and no new or additional appointments shall be issued.
(2) The license for a vending machine shall continue in force until expired, suspended, revoked, or otherwise terminated, but subject to renewal or continuation by the agent named therein biennially in accordance with procedures prescribed in s. 626.381 for appointees in general.
(3) The agent shall upon renewal furnish to the department a list and information as to the vending machine licenses being renewed or continued or terminated, accompanied by payment of the applicable fees. Such list shall give the name and address of the insurer and agent, the name of the policy to be sold, the serial number of the vending machine, and the place where the machine is to be in operation.
