Golf carts; exemption.
Golf carts; exemption.
320.105 Golf carts; exemption.--Golf carts, as defined in s. 320.01, when operated in accordance with s. 316.212, are exempt from provisions of this chapter which require the registration of vehicles or the display of license plates.
