641.454  Civil action to enforce prepaid health clinic contract; attorney's fees; court costs.--In any civil action brought to enforce the terms and conditions of a prepaid health clinic contract, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs. This section shall not be construed to authorize a civil action against the department, its employees, or the Insurance Commissioner and Treasurer or against the ¹Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, the employees of the ¹Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, or the Secretary of ¹Health and Rehabilitative Services.
