Postsecondary education funding.
Postsecondary education funding.
240.122 Postsecondary education funding.--Public postsecondary educational institutions shall be funded through a program budgeting system that takes into consideration program needs as well as the number of students. The system shall assure that program review results are utilized in budget decisions.
