240.126 Consortium of institutions of higher learning; funds for purposes of ch. 86-139.--There shall be established a consortium of public and private institutions of higher education to coordinate efforts related to the acquisition and allocation of state funds appropriated to the consortium and federal funds for the purposes of chapter 86-139, Laws of Florida.
