Records; microfilming, disposal of originals.
Records; microfilming, disposal of originals.
240.139 Records; microfilming, disposal of originals.--Any other provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, any record required to be kept by any state university or community college may be reproduced on microfilm and the original of the record may thereupon be disposed of as the state university or community college sees fit.
