University Hospital of Jacksonville and Faculty Clinic; Board of Regents authorized to provide insurance.
240.5135 University Hospital of Jacksonville and Faculty Clinic; Board of Regents authorized to provide insurance.--The Board of Regents is authorized to provide to University Hospital of Jacksonville and Faculty Clinic, Inc., comprehensive general liability insurance, including professional liability, from the insurance trust funds established pursuant to s. 240.213.
