Budget approval.
376.185 Budget approval.--The department shall submit to each regular session of the Legislature its budget recommendations for disbursements from the fund pursuant only to s. 376.11(4)(a). Upon appropriation thereof by the Legislature, the Comptroller shall authorize expenditures therefrom as approved by the department.
