Provisions specifying jurisdiction repealed.
Provisions specifying jurisdiction repealed.
403.261 Provisions specifying jurisdiction repealed.--All rulemaking jurisdiction over air and water pollution matters held by other agencies within the state on September 1, 1967, is hereby repealed including, but without limitation, such jurisdiction held by the Florida State Board of Health, the 1Game and Fresh Water Fish Commission, the State Board of Conservation and the several water management districts within the state.
