Grace period.
626.9929 Grace period.--A viatical settlement sales agent that was transacting business in this state on June 30, 1999, may continue to transact such business, in the absence of any orders by the department to the contrary, until the department approves or disapproves the sales agent's application for licensure if the sales agent files with the department no later than November 1, 1999, an application for licensure and if the sales agent complies with all other provisions of this act.
