Unlawful operation may be enjoined.
Unlawful operation may be enjoined.
316.3026 Unlawful operation may be enjoined.--Any motor carrier which operates a commercial motor vehicle upon the highways of this state in violation of the provisions of this chapter may be enjoined by the courts of this state from any such violation. Such injunctive proceeding may be instituted by the Department of Transportation.
