2000 Florida Statutes
413.067 Penalty.--Any person who violates the provisions of ss. 413.061-413.068 or any rule promulgated by the Department of Labor and Employment Security pursuant thereto commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
