2001 Florida Statutes
14.202 Administration Commission.--There is created as part of the Executive Office of the Governor an Administration Commission composed of the Governor and Cabinet. The Governor is chair of the commission. The Governor or Comptroller may call a meeting of the commission promptly each time the need therefor arises. Unless otherwise provided herein, affirmative action by the commission shall require the approval of the Governor and at least three other members of the commission. The commission shall adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement provisions of law conferring duties upon it.
