Remedies of any holder of revenue certificates.
243.06 Remedies of any holder of revenue certificates.--Any holder or holders of revenue certificates, including a trustee, or trustees for holders of such revenue certificates, shall have the right, in addition to all other rights, by mandamus or other suit, action, or proceeding in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce his or her or their rights against the board to fix and collect such rentals and other charges adequate to carry out any agreement as to or pledge of such fees, rentals, or other charges, and require the board to carry out any other covenants and agreements and to perform its duties under this part.
