Submission of plans for certain solid waste management facilities; conditions.
403.7075 Submission of plans for certain solid waste management facilities; conditions.--All plans and applications for a permit to construct and operate a solid waste management facility as provided in s. 403.707 may be prepared and submitted by any person acting as a public officer employed by a county or a municipality when said public officer states therein that the construction of the solid waste management facility is estimated to cost less than $10,000. Any law to the contrary notwithstanding, the construction cost of a solid waste management facility, for the purposes of this section, shall not include land acquisition cost or the cost of equipment used to construct and maintain same.
