626.864  Adjuster license types.--

(1)  A qualified individual may be licensed and appointed as either:

(a)  A public adjuster;

(b)  An independent adjuster; or

(c)  A company employee adjuster.

(2)  The same individual shall not be concurrently appointed as to more than one of the adjuster types referred to in subsection (1).
