Notice of change of licensee address or name.
626.9919 Notice of change of licensee address or name.--Each viatical settlement provider licensee, viatical settlement broker licensee, and viatical settlement sales agent licensee must provide the office or department, as applicable, at least 30 days' advance notice of any change in the licensee's name, residence address, principal business address, or mailing address.
