Rules.
626.9925 Rules.--The commission may adopt rules to administer this act, including rules establishing standards for evaluating advertising by licensees; rules providing for the collection of data, for disclosures to viators or purchasers, and for the reporting of life expectancies; and rules defining terms used in this act and prescribing recordkeeping requirements relating to executed viatical settlement contracts and viatical settlement purchase agreements.
