Transfer of benefits arising under local or special acts.
1001.62 Transfer of benefits arising under local or special acts.--All local or special acts in force on July 1, 1968, that provide benefits for a community college through a district school board shall continue in full force and effect, and such benefits shall be transmitted to the community college board of trustees.
