213.131 Department of Revenue Clerks of the Court Trust Fund.--The Department of Revenue Clerks of the Court Trust Fund is created within the Department of Revenue. Funds received by the department from the clerks of court shall be credited to the trust fund as provided in ch. 2001-122, Laws of Florida, to be used for the purposes set forth in such legislation.
