Payment of claims.
—(1)
The agency is designated as the single state agency authorized to make payments for health services covered under the MedAccess program. These payments shall be made only for services included in the MedAccess program and shall be made only on behalf of eligible members in accordance with the provisions of ss. 408.901-408.908.
(2)
The agency shall pay claims for covered health services provided to members at the same reimbursement rates and fees that are provided under the Florida Medicaid program, pursuant to s. 409.908.
